1978-The organization first started in Singapore as a shoes manufacturer and exporter.
1983- Factory was relocated to Johor Bahru with production for the Malaysian and export market.
1985-Ventured into the footwear retail business by operating its first departmental store counter at Parkson Grand (formerly Emporium group) in Johor Bahru.
1991- Started operating shoes counters at Metrojaya and Jaya Jusco. Signed as Pierre Cardin footwear licensee for Malaysia and Singapore.
1993- Opening of first Shoes counter in Singapore.
1997- Opening of a branch office in Petaling Jaya. Started venturing into Children and infant shoes business. Signing of Winnie the Pooh, Mickey Unlimited license. (Discontinued) and Garfield a year later.
2004- Setup joint venture buying and trading company in Guangzhou, China.
